This wine belongs to an ancient tradition. It is made exclusively in the provinces of La Spezia and Massa-Carrara from a selection of the best Vermentino grapes. It has a light straw-yellow color, is intensely aromatic, dry and fruity with a delicate almond flavour. Minimum alcohol content 11.5% vol. Enjoy it with shellfish, seafood appetizers and pasta with seafood sauce.
