The placement of the signals along the CicloVia Francigena (the cycling route onto the Via Francigena) is going on thanks to our dear Stefano. He left Milano by train with his folding bike named Franca towards Piacenza, where he re-started the placement, with the final destination of Lucca, touching the cities of Fidenza, the Cisa passage, Cassio, Pontremoli, Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta. The journey has been marked from a rhythm imposed by the going up and down of the bike for pasting the sticky signals every 2-300 metres for his knees happiness. The weather, as well, has not been that kind, causing several unexpected stops.
