The Via Francigena from Bolsena to Rome – Vette e Baite – June 2022
During this week-long walk we will discover the stages of the Via Francigena in Lazio north of Rome, a very special route. From Bolsena, we go to Viterbo, Sutri, Formello and then arrive in history, Rome: the Eternal City and its wonders.
In short, there is no need for many presentations, it will be an unforgettable walk along ancient stretches of Roman paving stones (the ancient Roman roads), and just like ancient pilgrims we will arrive at the tomb of St Peter.
Who to do it with? With one of the most experienced guides in the Vette e Baite team in the field of walking and, above all, the Via Francigena. Yes, because Davide will be the chosen guide for a route he has repeated several times and of which he is madly in love. Passion and curiosity are what brought him to Rome as a solitary pilgrim and now he is ready to mind-blow those who decide to follow him!
