The Via Eurasia roadshow in Greece
The second promotional roadshow of the Via Eurasia took place on 12 – 19 November 2019 in Greece.
Led by Greek association Trace Your Eco and Turkish NGO Culture Routes Society, the roadshow travelled the Via Eurasia through the cities of Kavala, Thessaloniki and Komotini in the framework of the ‘Italy-Greece-Turkey on Foot’ project. During the roadshow the participants conducted meetings and conference with local communities, hiking clubs and municipalities. The route was introduced to potential walkers and hikers, new partners and interested stakeholders. The Via Francigena is a partner of the project and supporter of the Via Eurasia’s activities.
