What is Pinsa Romana?
Pinsa is a typical old Roman recipe. The dough is a mix 3 differents kinds of flours, wheat, rice and soya. Due to the high hydratation, less carbohydrates and fats, the dough is much more easy to digest than the classic italian pizza.
