A new "Slow Happy Hour" meeting. The cycle of meetings dedicated to great walking routes returns Thursday 22nd March from 7pm at Gogol' Ostello in via Chieti 1, Milan with an evening entitled "If I can do it".

Monica Nanetti will tell the tale of her adventurous journey along the Francigena by bike. "Two friends, a combined age of 112, no sporting history, barely any preparation and the visionary decision to cycle a long way. A thousand kilometres from Aosta to Rome along the Via Francigena and the discovery that the hardest part is giving yourself the freedom to go'.

The meetings, preceded by a convivial moment, are free. A fusion aperitif with a buffet is available at €9. The initiative includes 4 informal events, in which hiking and cycling experts meet, listen to each other’s experiences and tales of great Italian, European and international routes, enjoy photos and videos, deepen their knowledge of places, trails and natural environments and ask and offer helpful advice for their next journey.

The meetings are organised by SloWays, Sogni in Cammino and Gogol'Ostello with the support of the European Association of the Vie Francigene. Partners include: Associazione Movimento Lento and Casa del Movimento Lento. Media partners: Radio Popolare and Action Magazine. The fourth and final meeting will take place on the 12th April dedicated to "The Jerusalem Way" with Alberto Conte and Susanna Di Ciò.
